Whether its a snack or a meal, Quesadillas don't fail to quench that hunger spot in your stomach, with its flavorful fillings and crunchy outside!
All ingredients can be found in your normal day to day grocery store!
1- Slice up the Chicken breast into chunks/cubes and place in a bowl
2- Cut up the bell pepper place in a bowl with chicken
3- dice up the onions and place in a bowl with chicken and bell pepper
4- spread the fajita mix across the contents of the bowl, mix it and add some more.
5- Next place some oil in a frying pan, heat it up and empty the bowl into the frying pan and cook until the chicken is ready
6- Now place the contents of the frying pan into a bowl and place the Tortilla wrap into the frying pan
7- then add a couple of spoonfuls of the Fajita Mix from the bowl into the wrap and add cheese then fold the wrap.
8- cook the wrap in the frying pan until it's a golden brown and flip it and cook the other side until golden brown.
And that's how you make Fajita Quesadilla, as I said before it makes a good snack, or if you add some chips to it, then it makes quite a good small meal!
